摘  要:分析不同产地五味子中无机元素的含量差异.用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Cu和Zn,用石墨炉法测定Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、As和Hg,所有样品中Zn的含量最高,Cu、Ni、Cr、Pb、As、Cd和Hg的含量次之.火焰法测定Cu和Zn的加样回收率为96.O%~98.0%,利用石墨炉法测定Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、As和Hg的加样回收率为96.O%~98.0%,精密度均小于4.74%.不同产地五味子中无机元素的含量差异较大,可能与其产地有关.The inorganic elements in Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) BaiU. from different area were analyzed in the present study. The concentrauons of Cu and Zn were determined by FAAS, while the concentrations of Ni, Cr, Pb, As, Cd and Hg were analyzed by GFAAS. Among these samples, the content of Zn was the highest, while the contents of Cu, Ni, Cr, Pb, As, Cd and Hg were lower than Zn. The recovery rates for Cu and Zn were found at the range of 96.0% - 98.0%, and those for Pd, Cd, Cr, Ni, As and Hg were at the ranged of 96.0% - 98.0%. The degree of precision ( RSD, n = 5) for all the values was less than 4.74%. Our results suggest that the difference in the inorganic elements in Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. may be correlated with its habitat .
