神经生长因子联合活血化瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨神经生长因子(NGF)联合活血化瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法将60例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予NGF联合活血化瘀汤治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、感觉神经传导速度的改善方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NGF联合活血化瘀汤治疗DPN是一种有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of nerve growth factor（ NGF） combined with Huoxuehuayu soup in diabetes mellitus peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）. Methods 60 cases patients with DPN were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 30 cases. The control group received conventional diabetes mellitus therapy,the treatment group received NGF combined with Huoxuehuayu soup. Compared the therapeutic efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group（ 93. 3% ） was higher than that in control group（ 73. 3% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （ P 0. 05）. The whole blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,sensory nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were obviously improved than those of control group,there had significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion NGF combined with Huoxuehuayu soup is an effective method in the treatment of DPN,which is worth utilizing widely in clinic.
