肿痛消颗粒治疗急性软组织损伤60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肿痛消颗粒治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将80例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组20例,治疗组采用肿痛消颗粒治疗,对照组采用三七伤药片治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为53.3%,总有效率为95%;对照组治愈率为25%,总有效率为85%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肿痛消颗粒治疗急性软组织损伤有一定的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhongtong grains on the treatment of patients with acute soft tissue injury.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with Zhongtong grains while the control group was treated with Notogingseng tablets.Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 53.3%,with 95% of overall response rate while the cure rate of the control group was 25%,with 85% of overall response rate.The effectiveness of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhongtong grains have certain effect on the treatment of acute soft tissue injury patients.
