改革体育保健学实验对提升社会体育专业人才竞争力的研究

摘　　要：本研究从提升社会体育专业人才竞争力的角度出发,剖析了体育保健学实验内容设计与社会体育专业之间的关系,揭示了现行体育保健学实验课程的教学现状不利于提升人才竞争力的培养,并大胆提出体育保健学实验课程体系改革思路:"大大增加实验学时数,加大实验室开放力度,大力引进高层次人才,增强学生的动手能力等。"展现实验室在培养应用型人才中的地位和作用,进而为提升社会体育专业人才竞争力作出贡献。From the angle of improving the competitiveness of talents in social sports specialty,this paper has analysed the relationship between social sports specialty and the experimental design of sports health science,revealing that the current teaching of sports health science experiment does no good to enhancing the competitiveness of talents.Then the author has put forward the idea of the curriculum system reform in the experiment of sports health science：increase experimental credit hours,heighten the degree of laboratory opening,bring in high-qualified talents,and improve the students＇ manipulative ability.This idea throws light on the role and effect of laboratory in cultivating applied talents,which will make contributions to improving the competitiveness of talents.
