摘　　要：目的对ACL TOP全自动血凝分析仪测定血栓与止血的实验性能进行评价。方法对ACL TOP血凝分析仪测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)实验的重复性、稳定性、线性、携带互污染率进行评价,并与ACL 9000血凝分析仪检测结果的进行相关性分析。结果 ACL TOP全自动血凝分析仪测定PT、APTT、FIB实验的批内变异系数<2%,日间变异系数<5%,交叉污染<1%,具有良好的线性,与ACL 9000血凝分析仪检测结果具有良好的相关性,相关系数r>0.95。结论 ACL TOP全自动血凝分析仪具有精密度好、准确度高、线性宽、交叉污染少等优点,适合临床血栓与止血实验检测。Objective To evaluate the performance of ACL TOP automatic coagulation analyzer.Methods We performed PT,APTT,FIB tests on ACL TOP automatic coagulation analyzer to evaluate its repeatability, stability, linearity and contamination carrying over rate, and carried out correlation analysis comparing with the results of ACL 9000 coagulation analyzer.Results All the CV of repeatability of PT, APTT, FIB tests are less than 2%, the CV of stability are less than 5% and the cross contamination rates are less than 1%, showing excellent linearity, and the results indicated good correlation comparing with the results of ACL 9000 coagulation analyzer（r〉0.95）. Conclusion ACL TOP automatic coagulation analyzer has the virtue of good repeatability,linearity and low cross contamination rate. It is suit for clinical thromb and hemostasis tests.
