开发区土地集约利用评价规程(试行)的实践与思考——以桂林洋经济开发区为例

摘　　要：土地集约利用评价工作对于新一轮的社会经济发展有着重要的意义。文章按照国土资源部《开发区土地集约利用评价规程(试行)》,通过对桂林洋经济开发区进行集约利用程度评价,在对评价结果分析的基础上对评价规程提出几点建议。Because the evaluation of land intensive use has great significance on the new round socio-economic development,according to ＂ land intensive use evaluation procedures（for trial implementation） ＂ which is established by the Ministry of Land and resources,this article carried out the land intensive use degree evaluation as the Economic Development Zone of Guilinyang for example,and putted forward some suggestions for evaluation procedures,which are based on the analysis the result of the land evaluation.
