中原城市群地区土地资源利用及优化配置研究

摘　　要：根据土地利用优化配置的原则,通过中原城市群地区土地资源利用现状分析,文章从土地利用优化配置入手,阐述了中原城市群土地资源利用现状及存在问题,提出中原城市群地区土地资源优化配置的基本思路,即加强土地资源优化配置的综合研究,促进经济效益与生态效益的同步提高,根据各地区的具体情况采用合适的土地利用模式。According to the principle of optimized design,this paper makes a spatial optimization to the land using type to central Henan urban agglomeration.This paper,based on the optimal allocation of land resources,the present utilization situation of land resources and existing problem are summarized,the fundamental thoughts are provided to central Henan urban agglomeration region which includes to strengthen research of optimal allocation of land resources,to promote synchrony advance of economic and ecological benefits,and to pay much attention to adopt rational model of land use in according to the actual situation of each region.
