建设生态文明 促进兵团经济社会和谐发展

摘　　要：新疆生产建设兵团作为一个特殊的行政主体,不能完全履行政府职能,但在50多年的发展中,仍为中国的屯垦戍边事业做出了重要贡献。在党的十七大提出生态文明建设的大背景下,兵团如何在自然生态环境脆弱的条件下,在新时期更好地完成屯垦戍边的使命,保证兵团经济社会的可持续发展,通过对兵团50多年生态建设的足迹分析,文章提出:兵团应加强生态文明建设,提高环保意识,建立可持续的经济发展模式,建设和谐兵团。Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps（XPCC,also known as Bingtuan） is a special administrative and executive body which cannot totally fulfill government function.However,since its foundation it has made great contribution of Chinese reclamation and frontier protection.Based on the macro-background of ecological construction which was proposed in the seventeenth session of CPC,it is of tremendous significance for Bingtuan to fulfill its task better in a rather weak natural ecological environment in order to guarantee the sustainable development of Bingtuan.Through our analysis of 50 years of ecological construction in Bingtuan,we propose the following appealing：to improve and strengthen ecological construction in Bingtuan;to enhance environmental protection awareness;to set up sustainable economic development pattern and build a harmonious Bingtuan.
