摘　　要：流感是一种由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸系统传染病，流行范围遍布全球，严重威胁着人类的健康和社会的稳定。2009年三元重组的甲型H1N1流感病毒在全世界范围内的大流行及其所造成的危害再一次使我们认识到做好流感防治研究工作的重要性。本文结合流感病毒的病原生物学及流行病学特性，就近年来防治流感的研究进展作一综述，以期为流感的防治工作提供一些新的信息和思路。Influenza, an acute respiratory disease caused by the influenza virus, remains as a challenge public health problem worldwide and a threat to social stability. The recent emergence of 2009 influenza A （H1N1） virus that has resulted in a tremendous outbreak internationally reminds us the importance of exploring new strategies for influenza prevention and treatment. Here, in order to provide some useful information and to stimulate new ideas, we discussed the biological and epidemiological characteristics of influenza virus and reviewed the recent research progress on the control of influenza.
