摘　　要：卫生部根据2009年10月12日颁布的《甲型H1N1流感诊疗方案（2009年第3版）》，制定了《孕产期妇女甲型H1N1流感防治指南（试行）》。指南总结了孕产期妇女甲型H1N1流感的临床表现和辅助检查，甲型H1N1流感的诊断，甲型H1N1流感的临床分类，处理原则和住院原则，流感的治疗和预防。Recently the ministry of health PRC established 〈A Guidelines for the prevention and management of Influenza A （H1N1）in pregnancy〉 according to 《The diagnosis and treatment project of influenza A （H1N1）（2009 version 3）》promulgation on October 12 2009. This article summarized the clinical manifestation and the assistant examination of influenza A （H1N1）in pregnancy, the diagnosis of influenza A （H1N1）,the clinical classification, processing principle and hospitalization principle of influenza A （H1N1）and its treatment and prevention.
