摘  要:目的了解近期禽宰场流感病毒在鸭子中的携带情况。方法在禽宰场随机选择正常健康状态待宰鸭子30只,分别取咽和肛门混合拭子,使用鸡胚培养扩增,血凝法初筛,甲型流感病毒NP蛋白保守核酸序列作扩增鉴定。结果在30份样品中,经鸡胚培养扩增,1:50的血凝法初筛50%为阳性,经核酸聚合酶链反应扩增鉴定10份样品中,9份为甲型流感病毒。结论用本方法在正常鸭子中甲型流感病毒的可检出携带率约为45%。Objective To determine the current type A influenza virus carry rate in health ducks in Shanghai poultry sacrifice ground; Methods The cotton swab samples from duck mouth and anal were collected from one of Shanghai duck sacrifice sites, both chicken blood agglutination test and PCR amplification of conservered type A influenza virus NP gene sequences were employed to identify type A influenza virus infection. Results 50% of 30 samples were positive in 1:50 blood agglutination test, 9 samples of 10 positive samples could be amplified with NP gene fragment. Conclutions After the large outbreak of type A influenza virus infection in 2009, approximate 45% of health ducks carry type A influenza viruses in Shanghai, which may pose a potential risk for new outbreak in the future.
