摘　　要：AFLP(扩增片段长度多态性)分子标记技术是一种结合了RFLP和PCR技术的新型分子标记技术,在药物研究领域的应用日趋广泛。简述了AFLP分子标记技术的基本原理、技术特点与优势,重点阐明其在中药研究中的应用进展,并对其前景进行了讨论与展望。AFLP（amplified fragment length polymorphism）molecular marker technology is a new type of molecular marker technology combining RFLP and PCR techniques,which has been widely applied in the field of drug research.This paper described the basic principles,characteristics and advantages of the technology of AFLP,focusing on its application progress in Chinese medicine research,and refers to the discussion and prospects.
