硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道疾病97例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道病、念珠菌性阴道病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将191例滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道病、念珠菌性阴道病患者随机分为两组，试验组97例用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊，对照组94例用双唑泰泡腾片。结果试验组各适应证的总有效率为91．89％-96．97％，试验组与对照组的疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均无严重不良事件发生，仅个别病例有轻微的阴道局部刺激症状，对肝肾功能、血尿常规等均无影响。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊是一种安全、有效的治疗细菌性、滴虫性、外阴阴道念珠菌病的阴道用药。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of treatment for trichomonal vaginitis （TV）, bacteria vaginosis （BV）and vulvovaginal candidiasis （VVC） by Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules. Methods 191 cases of TV, BV and VVC were divided into 2 groups randomly, 97 eases in test group and 94 cases in control group were given Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules, Metronidazole Clotrimazole and Chlorhexiding Acetate Effervescent Tablets. Results The effective rates of the test group were from 91.89% to 96.97% ,which were differences in Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules groups and control groups （P 〈0. 05 ）. Only a few of them complained irriga- tion in vulv and vaginal. Conclusion Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules is effective and safety in treatment of BV, TV and VVC.
