摘 要:水泥浆提前稠化是沙特B区块固井施工中遇到的突出难题,在前期已钻的7口井固井作业中,水泥浆提前稠化7次,并造成严重固井事故多次。为了避免以后再发生由于水泥浆提前稠化造成的固井事故,在根据现场典型水泥浆提前稠化案例的分析、结合水泥浆硬化机理确定影响水泥浆稠化时间因素的基础上,通过室内试验分析了运输环节、混水时间、混浆方式、井内残留物对水泥浆稠化时间的影响规律。试验与分析结果表明,井内残留物和混浆方式是造成水泥浆提前稠化的重要因素,并据此提出了控制水泥浆提前稠化的方案和技术措施。The cement slurry thickening in advance is a difficult problem encountered during drilling in Block B of Saudi Arabia.Cement slurry thickening in advance happened 7 times in 7 wells and resulted in a number of serious incidents.In order to avoid the recurrence of similar accidents in future,according to analysis of the typical thickening in advance,the parameters impacting the cement slurry thickening were identified combined with the cement slurry hardening theory.Through laboratory experiments,the impacts of transport links,water mixing time,slurring mixing time,well residue on cement slurry thickening were analyzed.Results show that well residue and mixing method are the main factors impacting cement slurry thickening.This paper proposed the method and technical measures to control the slurry thickening in advance.
