摘 要:由于SIPC高压油气井具有埋藏深、压力和温度高、裸眼段长、安全密度窗口窄、环空间隙小等特点,固井时存在防油气窜槽难度大、漏失风险大、顶替效率低、井底高温对水泥浆性能要求高等技术难点。针对这些技术难点制订了相应的技术措施:优化井身结构;采用特殊固井工艺;优化水泥浆体系;优化顶替流型,提高顶替效率;做好井眼准备,提高地层承压能力。应用实例表明,高压油气井固井质量得到了提高,说明所制订的固井技术措施可行。提出要进一步完善SIPC高压油气井固井技术措施,以保证固井质量稳定,满足SIPC海外勘探开发的需求。SIPC high pressure oil and gas wells have deep depth,high pressure and high temperature,long open hole sections,narrow safe density windows,narrow annular clearance,etc.There are several difficulties during cementing,including the difficulty in preventing oil and gas channeling,high risk of circulation lost,low efficiency of displacement,narrow safe density windows and high bottomhole temperature.In order to solve these difficulties,the following measures were developed,including optimization of casing program,using special cementing technique,optimization of cement slurry system,optimization of displacement flow pattern,improving the displacement efficiency,improving the wellbore conditions,raising the pressure-bearing capacity.The application shows that cementing quality was improved after using proposed measures in high pressure oil and gas wells,indicating that the cementing measures are feasible.This paper proposed technical measures to further improve SIPC high-pressure oil and gas well cementing to ensure the quality of cementing to meet the needs of SIPC overseas exploration.
