摘  要:伊朗Y油田有F层和S层两个目的层,产出流体中含H2S、CO2和地层水等腐蚀介质,多种腐蚀介质的综合作用,使油井管材在井筒温度、压力条件下腐蚀严重,给油田开发带来了极大的安全隐患。从井身结构和完井管柱结构入手,深入剖析了油管、套管在不同井深处的腐蚀环境,再通过定量考虑油、气、水组分分析数据和产量、压力、温度数据,用专用腐蚀分析软件配合室内腐蚀试验,模拟油管、套管在管内流体流动和不流动条件下(即动态、静态)的腐蚀环境,评价分析了腐蚀速率,为经济合理地选择管材提供了依据。Iranian Y Oilfield has two target zones,F and S.The produced fluids contain H2S,CO2,formation water and other corrosive media.Severe corrosion occurred in wellbore pipes under wellbore temperature and pressure due to the combined effects of a variety of corrosive media;all these brought tremendous safety risk.The corrosion environment of tubing and casing in different welldepth was analyzed in detail.Considering the impacts of temperature,pressure,production rate,and components of oil,gas and water,the corrosion environment of tubing and casing under static and dynamic conditions were simulated using corrosion analysis software combined with laboratory corrosion experiments.The corrosion rates caused by these factors were evaluated.It provided the basis for pipe selection economically and reasonably.
