派瑞松软膏治疗慢性外耳道炎真菌感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨派瑞松软膏治疗慢性外耳道炎真菌感染的疗效。方法回顾性分析以派瑞松软膏涂抹治疗的526例慢性外耳道炎真菌感染患者的临床资料,分析致病真菌的菌种、治疗方法和疗效。结果 526例中,痊愈435例,好转49例,总有效率为92.02%.随访3个月～36个月,无复发,且有16耳鼓膜穿孔自行愈合。顽固病例42例(46耳)取耳道分泌物真菌培养,毛霉菌21例(23耳),丝状真菌15例(16耳),酵母样真菌6例(7耳)。结论派瑞松是治疗慢性外耳道炎真菌感染的有效药物之一。Objective To study the effect of Ointment Pevisone on treatment of chronic otitis externa pevisone fungal infections.Methods Clinical data of 526 cases of chronic otitis externa fungal infections treated with Ointment Pevisone were retrospective analyzed and pathogenic fungi species,treatment method and effect were analyzed.Results of 526 cases,there were 435 patients cured,49 cases improved and the total efficiency was 92.02%.Followed-up 3 to 36 months,no recurrence,and 16 ears healed tympanic membrane perforation.Stubborn 42 cases（46 ears）the ear canal secretions fungal culture was taken.There were fungus in 21 cases（23 ears）,filamentous fungi in 15 cases（16 ears）,yeast-like fungi in 6 cases（7 ears）.Conclusion Treatment of chronic otitis externa pevisone fungal infection with Ointment Pevisone is one of effective methods.
