摘　　要：目的探讨弹力带在老年患者静脉输液拔针后的应用价值。方法选择内科心、肺、肾专科的老年患者,运用常规输液拔针后棉签压迫止血的方法以及自制弹力绷带在老年患者拔针后予以加压绷扎,对2组患者进行对比。结果采用弹力带安全可靠,不良反应发生率低,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论自制弹力带在老年患者拔针后予加压绷扎具有良好的止血效果,能较好地避免出血、皮下瘀血及血肿的形成,减轻疼痛,方便老年患者。适宜在临床推广、运用。Objective To discuss the elastic band in elderly patients after intravenous infusion needle injection.Methods Selectolder patientsin medical heart,lung,kidney special department,There were two groups ： the use of conventional cottontos to pbleeding after the infusion needle injection method and the selfelastic bandages afterneedle injection in elderly patients to pressure banding,the two groups were compared.Results Aftertheaged patientsre-ceive the transfusion,we covered the wounded area by the selfmade tension bandage and press it hard.Through our carefulobservation,we compared the different results and finally came to this conclusion.Conclusion The self-made tension bandage could really avoid the hemorrhage,the hypodermic extravasated blood and the haematoma formation effectively as well as reduces the aged patients＇ pains.It was really convenient to adopt the method and we are sure that it was suitable to be popularized clinically.
