摘　　要：接层改造对于增大建筑面积,满足使用功能要求具有重要的现实意义。笔者日前参与的唐山市某砖混结构接层设计项目,提出了关于砖混结构建筑物接层补强设计的基本设计思路和几点经验,对工程结构设计人员从事接建加固相关设计工作有一定启发。Reinforcement design of adding layers for the old buildings can make the old buildings meet new functional needs more economically,which has already become an important way of improving the using functions of buildings.The authors have participated in the reinforcement design of adding layers of one brick-concrete building in Tangshan.Thus,the authors put forwards some basic design concepts and experiences on reinforcement design of adding layers,hoping to give inspirations to structural design personnel when they engage in design of adding layers.
