摘　　要：以奥运场馆为例,从大型赛事场馆的建设规格、整体规划、建设投资和经营管理难度四方面,分析了当前大型场馆建设管理的现状,在此基础上提出了我国体育场馆在今后的建设管理中需要认真思考的问题。This paper,taking Olympic venues as examples,analyzed the current construction and management of large-scale venues from four aspects： construction specifications,overall planning,construction investment and the difficulty of management and administration,and put forward considerable problems in venues construction in the future.
