摘　　要：城市拆迁中公权力的运用必须在依法行政原则的指导下,受到法律的严格规制。同时,政府角色的准确定位是完善拆迁行为的重要推动力。文章探讨了我国城市房屋拆迁中制约依法行政的因素,并提出相应的解决对策。The performance of Government powers in urban housing demolition must be guided by the principle of legal administration and should be strictly regularly.Meanwhile,government＇s role is just the important impetus to perfect demolition behavior.This paper explores the factors affecting the performance of official duties by law in urban housing demolition and puts forwards some countermeasures against it.
