文山百合鳞片芽诱导的影响因子研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验的方法,在MS固体培养基上研究不同浓度6-BA、NAA以及不同位置和部位的鳞片对文山百合鳞片诱导不定芽的影响,结果表明,芽诱导的最佳培养基为:MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA。外层鳞片上节下端诱导的平均鳞茎数最多。Using the method of orthogonal experiment,we study the influence of different density of 6-BA and NAA,different positions and parts of Lilium wenshanense L·J·Penget F.X.Li＇s scale in MS solid medium.The result shows that the best medium condition is：MS＋1.0mg/L6-BA＋0.5mg/LNAA and the bottom of the upper segment of outer scale can induce the most scales at average.
