摘  要:目的研究并鉴定阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)相关的新型生物学标志物。方法选择与代谢紊乱相关的两个生物学标志物:血管紧张素II和胰岛素,以及与炎症反应相关的两个生物学标志物:抵抗素和新蝶呤作为研究对象。采用电化学发光方法检测胰岛素,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测另外3个因子在OSAS患者和非OSAS患者对照血清中的水平。同时还测定了OSAS患者经手术治疗前后这4个因子血清水平的变化情况。结果与对照组相比,OSAS患者的抵抗素、胰岛素和新蝶呤的血清水平明显升高。OSAS患者经手术治疗后,血管紧张素II、胰岛素、抵抗素和新蝶呤的血清水平较手术前明显下降。结论本研究鉴定的4个OSAS相关生物学标志物可能对于理解OSAS发生、发展的精确机制具有一定意义。Objective To identify novel serum bionarkers bid markers for obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods The two factors,angiotensinogenII and insulin, related with metabolic disorders, as well as other the two factors, resistin and neopterin,related with inflammation were choose as the objects. Electrogenerated chemiluminescence analysis was performed to measure serum insulin and ELISA was performed to measure the three other factors. To determine the relationship between the four biomarkers and AHI, polysomnography, measurement of hiomarkers and statistical analysis were employed. Meanwhile,these biomarkers serum levels were measured before and after operations. Results The present study demonstrated that patients with OSAS had significantly higher serum resistin,insulin and neopterin levels than those without OSAS. Furthermore,our findings confirmed that the serum level of four biomarkers was much lower after operation than before. Conclusion Our findings may help us to understand the precise molecular mechanisms underlying the events of OSAS, highlighting the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation promise of those four bid-markers for OSAS.
