摘　　要：目的优化全自动酶免分析仪检测步骤,及时准确检测抗震救灾大批量献血者标本。方法在FAME全自动酶免分析仪用户软件中编制实验步骤,指定洗液洗板单元和试剂分配单元,优化工作表。结果实现4台FAME一次检验49个酶标板的目标。结论经优化设计FAME工作表,提高仪器使用效率,保证了抗震救灾大批量献血者标本ELISA自动化检验的质量和数量。Objective To optimize the steps of automated ELISA analyzer and detect large number of specimens of blood donors timely and accurately during the earthquake relief. Methods FAME user software was used to define the test processing steps,the washer module of wash solution was specified, the dispenser module of reagent was defined and the work list was optimized. Results The goal of detecting 49 ELISA microplates using 4 FAME instruments was realized. Conclusion By optimizing the work list of FAME analyzer and improving the using effiency,we completed the automated ELISA detection of large number of specimens of blood donors during the earthquake relief and ensured the quality and quantity.
