左心室假腱索的超声诊断分析及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图对左室假腱索的诊断价值。方法对106例患者,用2.5～3.5MHz超声探头检查。结果本组106例患者中,共检出左室假腱索患者68例,其中1条50例,2条12例,3条4例。结论左室假腱索的超声检出率可能与操作技术,观察的仔细程度,仪器的分辨率有关,左室假腱索临床上可能与健康人的心脏杂音及引起室性期前收缩有关。Objectve To probeor the value of Echocardiography in dignosis left ventricle F alse Chordae Tendinae.Methods of 106 patimets with 25～35MHz ultrasound probe examination.Results 106patients in this group were detected in patiewts with left Ventricular false tendons in 68 cases with a 50 cases,2 of patients,3 of 4 cases.Conclusion The detection rate of left ventricle false chordae tendinae is possible related with manipulation and instrument the left ventricle false chordae tendinac is possible related with heart
