摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏大血管损伤术后的内科治疗方法及临床疗效。方法:对本院2005年6月～2008年6月收治的20例心脏大血管开放性损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其术后内科治疗方法及其疗效。结果:该组患者手术死亡1例,术后经过本院积极的血压、心电监护、扩容、强心、利尿、给氧等治疗措施,18例痊愈出院,1例死于心肌严重损伤。结论:术后正确及时地给予强心剂和扩血管药物,严密监测心功能,对于减轻对心脏的损害,提高术后的成活率具有重要的意义。Objective：To explore the heart and great vessels after the medical treatment of injury and clinical efficacy.Methods：The hospital in June 2005 to June 2008 20 cases were treated heart and great vessels in patients with open injury were retrospectively analyzed clinical data,summarize the methods and efficacy of medical therapy after surgery.Results：Patients in the group 1 patient died after a hospital after a positive blood pressure,ECG,expansion,cardiac,diuretic,oxygen and other treatment,18 cases were cured,1 died of severe myocardial injury.Conclusion：Postoperative give proper and timely shot in the arm and vasodilators,strict monitoring of heart function,to reduce damage to the heart,improve the survival rate after surgery is significant.
