摘　　要：当前,研究父母离异的未成年人犯罪具有十分重要的社会现实意义。从父母离异与未成年人犯罪的关联性分析来看,父母离异给未成年人的心理造成严重创伤;父母离异的未成年人犯罪率高有目共睹;父母离异使未成年人的家庭教育缺失、生活失去原有的稳定状态;父母离异后出现的再婚重组家庭,使得未成年人的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化,令其一时难以应付。此外,导致父母离异的未成年人犯罪的原因有很多,其中父母离异给未成年人造成心理创伤是内因和主要原因,但还有诸如生理变化影响心理、"疾风怒涛"的特殊心理以及学校教育不当和社会不良环境影响等外因。At present,children of divorce haven high rate of crime.Therefore,it is of great social reality significance to study juvenile delinquency with divorced parents.From the view point of association analysis between juvenile delinquency and divorce,children suffer serious psychological trauma from their parents＇ divorce,they are thus in lack of family education,and lose their stability state of life;in addition,some children in reorganized families undergo great changes of life,which are temporarily unable to cope with.Of course,some external factors can also lead caused by psychological changes,＂storm and stress＂ special psychology,inappropriate school education,and social impact of adverse social environment,but the psychological trauma resulting from their parents＇divorce is the internal and major reason for juvenile delinquency.
