摘　　要：介绍了欧美日等国建筑防水材料和屋面材料的最新发展情况,同时对国外近年发展迅速的新型屋面系统技术作了评述,并对国内借鉴国外经验发展新型建筑防水材料和屋面系统提出了建议。The article introduces the latest development of building waterproofing and roofing materials in Europe,America and Japan.Meanwhile,newly occurred roofing systems in foreign countries are reviewed.It proposes suggestions about drawing the experience of other countries.
