针钻一体穿刺治疗高血压脑出血60例围术期护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗高血压脑出血的围术期重症监护要点。方法:对60例针钻一体穿刺治疗的重症高血压脑出血患者进行围术期重症监护,严密观察病情变化,包括生命体征的监测,呼吸道管理,并发症的预防等。结果:60例患者术后随诊2个月,13例死亡。结论:围手术期的重症监护对针钻一体穿刺是否成功起重要作用。Objective ： To investigate the main point of perioperative intensive care in the treatment of hypertensive intrace- rebral hemorrhage. Methods： 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with puncture with drill and needle integration and given perioperative intensive care such as close observation on the patients＇conditions, monitoring of vital signs~ respiratory tract management and prevention of complications. Results： 60 patients were followed up for 2 months and 13 of them died. Conclusion ： Perioperative intensive care plays an important role in ensuring the success of puncture drill and needle integration in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
