摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄肺癌患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对35例高龄肺癌患者进行手术治疗,并给予有针对性的护理对策。结果:本组患者中术后痊愈出院34例,死亡1例;术后发生并发症10例。结论:通过术前正确评估、健康指导、做好患者心理护理,做好各项术后护理措施,可以减少高龄肺癌患者的并发症发生率,取得满意的治疗效果。Objective： To study the perioperative nursing methods for aged patients with lung cancer. Methods： 35 aged patients with lung cancer were treated with surgical treatment and given targeted nursing care. Results： 34 patients recovered and were discharged from hospital after surgery and one patient died; postoperative complications occurred in 10 patients. Conclusion： The correct preoperative assessment, health guidance, good psychological care and careful postoperative nursing care can reduce the incidence of complications and achieved a satisfactory therapeutic effect in the treatment of aged patients with lung cancer.
