摘　　要：介绍了我国南方电网区域和国家电网区域电力市场建设和大用户直购电的最新进展情况,重点介绍了华东区域电力市场跨省集中竞价交易试点情况,分析了国家有关部委对电力市场的基本态度及其原因,并提出当前开展电力市场建设和大用户直购电的工作建议。This paper introduces the latest progress of the regional power market construction and the direct power purchase by large customers both in China Southern Power Grid and State Power Grid,highlights the pilot situation of the centralized auction trades cross-province in East China regional power market,analyzes the attitude of relative state ministries towards power market together with causes thereof,and puts forward some proposals on the current construction of power market in China as well as the direct power purchase by large customers.
