摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产后哺乳期人工流产患者术前的心理状况,为心理支持提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),让患者在人流术前24～72h自评,根据指导语提示不记名独立完成评定。结果 40例患者的SAS、SDS总分均值分别与常模比较,P<0.01,都存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁。结论剖宫产后人工流产患者在人流术前会出现焦虑和抑郁,应对她们提供针对性的心理支持。Objective To investigate abortion lactation after cesarean delivery in patients with preoperative psychological state, provide the basis for the psychological support. Methods A self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）, patients abortion prior to 24～72h self-assessment, based on anonymous tips guide language independently assessed. Results 40 patients in the SAS, SDS mean scores compared with the norm, respectively, P0.01, there are varying degrees of anxiety and depression. Conclusion abortion patients after cesarean section before the abortion occurs in anxiety and depression, they should provide focused psychological support.
