摘　　要：目的比较不同护理方法对手外伤患者康复的影响。方法以商丘市第一人民医院收治的81例手外伤患者作为研究对象,遵照知情同意原则随机分为两组,对照组40例患者采用常规护理方法,观察组41例患者采用综合护理方法,比较分析两组患者的康复情况。结果观察组患者的愈显率为87.8%,对照组为67.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手外伤患者采用综合护理方法,有利于患者的康复,值得临床关注。Objective Compare the influence of different nursing care in hand injury patients. Methods In First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu, 81 cases of hand injury as research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups according with the principle of informed consent, 40 patients of control group with routine nursing care, 41 patients of observation group with comprehensive nursing, the rehabilitation condition of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The cured and markedly effective rate of observation group was 87.8%, and the control group was 67.5%, the differences was statically significant between two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in hand injury patients is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of attention.
