摘 要:目的:比较二维和三维彩色能量超声成像对正常妊娠胎盘内绒毛血管树各分支的显示率;评价三维能量成像显示胎盘内远端绒毛血管树分支的功能。方法:采用VOLUSON730 expert三维超声成像系统,用二维和三维成像技术分别显示28例正常单胎妊娠(28~36周)胎儿胎盘内绒毛血管树分支,记录并比较二者所能显示的最远分支。结果:在追踪脐动脉进入以及胎盘绒毛血管树初级分支方面,三维彩色能量成像和二维彩色能量成像无明显差别;三维彩色能量成像对次级绒毛干血管和三级绒毛干血管的显示率优于二维彩色能量成像;结论:三维成像技术可以显示胎盘内绒毛血管树的结构,而且三维彩色能量成像明显优于二维彩色能量成像,提示三维彩色能量成像技术可以作为妊娠中观察胎盘血管树发育的工具。Objective: To compare the performance of two-dimensional color power angiography(2D-CPA) and three-dimensional color power angiography(3D-CPA) in the visualization of intraplacental vessel trees and to evaluate the value of visualizing distal vessels with 3D-CPA in normal pregnancy.Methods: Twenty eight healthy pregnant women with gestational age between 28 to 36 weeks were examined with 2D-and 3D-CPA to observe the branches of the intraplacental villous vascular trees.Results: There was no difference in the visualization of primary intraplacental villous vascular trees on 2D-and 3D-CPA.3D-CPA presented the secondary and tertiary stem villous vessels better than trees on 2D.Conclusion: The intraplacental villous vessels could be of visualized on CPA.3D-CPA was superior to 2D in visualization of the distal vascular branches of the intraplacental villous vessels,and 3D-CPA technique is an appropriate tool for routine evaluation of the human placental vascular tree during gestation.
