摘 要:大量随机性风功率注入电网导致系统调峰面临严峻的考验。文章首先阐述了风电并网对系统调峰容量和调峰能力的影响,然后总结归纳了当前国内外采取的各种调峰对策,包括风功率预测、风功率控制、互补能源发电以及系统可控备用调度等,最后提出了含风电场电力系统调峰的建议和需进一步深入研究的问题。Integration of a large amount of intermittent wind power into power grids, power ssytem faces severe challenges to the peak-load regulation of the power system. This paper firstly states the impacts caused by integrated wind power on the capacity and the ability for the peak-load regulating. Secondly, it reviews various peak-load regulating countermeasures currently adopted both at home and abroad, including prediction and control of wind power, complementary energy, dispatching of controllable reserves and so on. Finally, it puts forward some peak-load regulating suggestions diefor the power system containing wind power, and outlines the fields for further studies.
