摘 要:为解决输电线路高压侧在线监测系统的供电问题,研制了一种新的取能线圈。为取能线圈引入气隙磁阻,并通过理论计算与软件仿真,实现对取能线圈的结构、铁心材料、绕组匝数、气隙长度等参数的合理匹配。基于此取能线圈研制的电源经整体测试表明,能在输电导线电流在90-990A变化范围内安全工作,同时输出2.5-6.1W的功率,性能稳定。This paper presents the development of a new power coil, which is to address the problem of power supply for on-line monitoring system in high voltage side oftransmission lines. The new power coil adds Tthe air gap reluctance as a new component is added to the power eoilas a new component. On the basis of theoretical analysis and with the help of the simulation software, parameters such as coil structure, core materials, winding turns, a reasonable length of gap are matched perfectly. The power supply based on this kind of the new power coil has undergone the overall testing and verification, and it is verifiedshowing that ittt can work well within a range of current changes from 90 to 990 A, and the power output is between 2.5 and 6.1W.
