摘  要:在电力系统中,交联聚乙烯绝缘因其优良的介电和耐热性能已被广泛应用于高压和超高压塑料绝缘电力电缆中。但在直流电场作用下,绝缘中容易形成空间电荷,空间电荷会使电场分布发生畸变,加速了绝缘老化,降低电缆使用寿命。总结了空间电荷在聚合物特别是聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料老化中的研究现状,概述了近20 a国内外在聚乙烯材料中抑制同极性和异极性空间电荷产生的方法,最后从工程实际应用出发,简要介绍了从空间电荷角度诊断交联聚乙烯电缆中电介质老化的方法及现状。Because of its excellent dielectric and thermal properties,the cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE) technology has been widely used in HV and UHV plastic insulated power cables in the power system.However,under the direct current electric field,the XLPE insulation can easily form space charges,which will distort the distribution of the electric field,and willaccelerate aging of the insulation,thus the working life of the XLPE cable is reduced.The paperreviews the latest research on space charge in polymer particularly in the cross-linked polyethylene cable(XLPE).This paper summarized common methods of modification,suppression of hetero charges in bulk and injection of homo-charges from electrodes in the past 20 years both at home and abroad.Finally diagnostic methods for aged insulation caused byspace charge were briefly described together with the implementation in projects.
