摘　　要：通过合理分拆和预测,明确了运行期内的运维费用和投资收益计算模式,提供了一个计算配网经济效益的方法,并以实例进行验证,计算结果符合实际,表明方法有效可行。This paper ascertained the operation and maintenance cost and the benefit of the investment in distribution networks via a method of reasonable partition and forecast, so as to provide a precise model to calculate the economic benefit of the investment. The model proves to be effective and feasible by verification of the concrete examples
