摘 要:为了对风力发电的经济性有进一步的认识,在现有排污收费标准和美国环境价值标准的基础上,从火电厂的污染物排放出发,测算出火电厂的污染物排放费用,进而推算出风电场的环境效益值,通过实例计算得到某风电场的环境效益值,如果考虑风电的环境效益,当火电厂的成本大于两者(生产期内单位电度成本与环境效益值)之差时,风力发电具有较好的经济性和广阔的发展前景。To deepen the current understanding of the economical benefits of wind power, the paper, based on the present emission and sewage discharge cost rate and the U.S standard of environmental values, estimates the total cost of the emission and sewage discharge for a certain thermal power plant according to its own emission and sewage conditions. With this estimation, the environmental benefit of a wind power is calculated. Considering the environmental benefit of wind power, if the unit cost of a thermal power plant is greater than the difference between the unit cost for one KWH during the operation life and the unit environmental benefit, wind power will have better economic benefit and prospects for development.
