摘  要:为了减少或避免重合于永久性故障给输电系统稳定运行所带来的不利影响,需要在断路器重合前预先判断故障类型是永久性的还是瞬时性的。在对相应的电压判据、补偿电压判据、组合补偿电压判据进行详细推导与论证的基础上指出了各自的缺陷,分析了其影响因素、实际适用的线路长度和线路类型,最后通过某实际500 kV输电线路,用PSCAD建模仿真验证了电压判据的有效性。To lessen or avoid hazards of the permanent fault of the reclosing on the power system, it is essential to pre- determine the type of the fault (temporary or permanent) before the circuit breaker recloses.On the basis of detailed deductions and discussions of the cmrresponding voltage criterion, compensation voltage criterion, and combined compensation voltage criterion, this paper points out the shortcomings of each criterion, analyzing the factors which affect the criterion, giving the actually suitable line length and line type. Finally, through an actual 500 kV transmission line, the algorithm mentioned above proves to be correct and effective by means of PSCAD simulations.
