摘　　要：结合国内外学术界对土地概念的不同表述,从内涵、形式、属性、定义等方面入手对土地进行了剖析,揭示了土地的本质,对今后关于土地理论的研究和实践工作都具有重要的指导意义。Combining with the various description of the land＇ s concept in the academic circle at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the land from the connotation, the form, the property, and the definition, and discloses the essence of the land, so as to have the direction significance for researching the land theory and practical work.
