摘　　要：通过对比中国与日本两个国家的住宅设计,探讨了住宅设计中居住空间尺度的问题,并对我国将来的住宅建设提出了几点发展思路,以使住宅设计达到人居舒适和节能环保的目的。This article mainly contrasts the design of dwelling in China and Japan, the investigation and discussion dwelling house has designed the problem being hit by habitaney space dimension, proposed several development trains of thought in construction of housing to our country, so as to achieve the aims of the residential design to be comfortable, energy-saving and environmental protection.
