摘　　要：针对目前施工企业QC小组活动开展过程中存在的不足与缺陷,探讨了如何加强QC小组活动管理,阐述了保证QC活动实效性的措施,指出加强培训、领导重视、全员参与、经验交流及表彰奖励是促进QC小组活动发展的有效途径,以期指导实践。In light of shortcomings and defects existing in current Qc group activity development process of construction enterprises, this paper discusses how to strengthen Qc group activity management, expounds measures for guaranteeing effectiveness of QC activity, and then points out that ： it is an effective way for improving Qc group activity development to strengthen training, emphasis on leadership, full participation, experiences communication, and recognition awards, with a view to guide practice.
