浅谈华北地区节水农业发展

摘　　要：结合华北地区农业灌溉用水发展现状对该地区农业发展面临的严峻挑战进行了分析,提出了农业生产要走可持续发展的道路,发展节水农业,开源和节流是发展节水农业的两个重要方面。Combining with the development of the irrigation development with rural water in north China, the paper analyzes the fierce challenge confronted by the agriculture development in the region, points out the agricultural production should follow the sustainable development and develop the water-saving agriculture, and indicates the resources-broadening and the expenditure-saving are the two important aspects for developing the water-saving agriculture.
