苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片(施慧达)治疗高血压的疗效及安全性。方法 242例高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组为施慧达组121例,给予口服施慧达2.5mg,qd,根据患者的临床症状,最大剂量可增加至5.0mg/d。对照组为硝苯地平缓释片组121例,治疗上口服硝苯地平缓释片10mg,bid。两组患者的治疗时间均为2个月。观察服药后降压疗效及不良反应等。结果两组治疗后均能显著降低血压,用药1个月后两组疗效及血压水平、心率变化比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。用药2个月后,治疗组总有效率为95.9%,对照组总有效率为85.1%,比较差异显著(P<0.05),施慧达组用药后收缩压、舒张压降低水平与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),心率比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论施慧达是一种安全有效且服用方便的药物,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To observe the eff icacy and safety of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets treat hypertension.Methods 242 hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group ShiHui da group,121 cases,giving ShiHui da 2.5 mg,po,qd,according to patients clinical symptoms,maximum dosage increase to 5.0 mg/d.The control group Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets group,121 patients,treatment Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets,10mg,po,bid.Two sets of patients were treated for 2 months time.Observe after taking antihypertensive effects and adverse reactions,etc.Results Two groups after treatment could signifi cantly reduce blood pressure,after 1 months,the difference of the heart rate and blood pressure levels change of the two groups was not signifi cant（P〉0.05）.After two months,the drug treatment group total effectiveness for 95.9%,control group total effectiveness is 85.1%,compared with signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）,ShiHui da group after systolic pressure,diastolic pressure lower level compared with controls signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）,heartbeat is no difference（P〉0.05）.Adverse reactions in treatment group less than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions ShiHui da is a safe and effective use of drugs,and convenience of clinical widely.
