舒适护理在手术室围手术期干预措施的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理在围手术期运用的效果。方法将116例手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各58例,分别给予舒适护理和传统护理,比较两组效果。结果试验组术前生理、心理反应有明显改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论运用舒适护理有利于缓解围手术期患者的心理、生理反应。Objective To study the comfort care in the perioperative use of the results.Methods 116 patients with surgery were randomly divided into test group and control group,58 patients in each group were given comfort care and traditional care,compared two groups of results.Results The preoperative physical and psychological reactions are significantly improved compared with the control group there was signif icant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of comfort care will help alleviate the perioperative period in patients with psychological and physiological reactions.
