心理护理与健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性的健康教育和心理护理应用于冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法 77例冠心病心绞痛患者被随机分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=38),对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予针对性的健康教育和心理指导。结果实验组临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规护理结合针对性的健康教育和心理指导应用于冠心病心绞痛患者的康复,能显著改善患者生活质量,提高临床效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted psychological nursing health education for CHD patients with angina.Methods 77 cases of CHD patients with angina were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 39）and control group（n =38）.Control groups were given routine care,and experimental group were given targeted psychological guidance and health education on base of control group.Results The clinical effect of experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Routine nursing combined with targeted psychological nursing health education for CHD patients with angina,can signifi cantly improve the life quality of patients and enhance clinical effect,so it deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
