高钙高钠日粮致蛋仔鸡代谢障碍的研究

摘　　要：以惠丰牌蛋小鸡配合饲料为基础日粮，添加石粉、食盐分别配制成含钙５５８％、１０２０％；含食盐２３３％；含钙和食盐５５５％、２２９％；１０１７％、４２３％的高钙、高钠和高钙钠饲料分别饲喂３ｄ蛋仔鸡，于１５，３０，４５和６０ｄ进行血液化学成分（钙、锌、无机盐、尿酸、尿素氮、游离羟脯氨酸）测定。结果表明：各试验组鸡采食量、增重和存活率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００５或Ｐ＜００１）；试验日粮抑制磷、锌的吸收并损害肾功能而致血磷、锌降低，血钙、尿酸升高。提出血浆钙、磷、锌和血液尿酸的变化可作为诊断和早期诊断（监测）掺假高钙和高钙钠饲料所致蛋仔鸡代谢障碍的临床生化指标。The laying broilers at three day age were fed with the Huifeng compound diets containing 5.58% and 10.20% calcium,2.33% sodium;5.55% calcium,2.29% sodium;10.17% calcium and 4.23% sodium respectively to test the chemical compounds in blood for 15 days,30 days,45 days and 60 days. The results showed that the feed intake,weght gain and survival rate of the trial groups decreased comparing with those of the control groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The trial feed had the effects to inhibite the absorption of phosphorus and zinc and to damage the renal function,so the phosphorus and zinc concentration in blood decreased, but the calcium and uric acid concentration in blood increased. The changes of the calcium,phosphorus and zinc concentration in blood can be used as the sensitive indexes to diagnose or early diagnose the dysbolism of the laying broiler fed on the diets including high false calcium or/and high calcium and sodium.
