Effects of exogenous Ca^(2+) on the photosynthesis and the changes of growth in Populus×euramericana Nanlin 895 cuttings

摘  要:以南林895杨扦插苗为试验材料,用不同浓度的CaC l2溶液叶面喷施处理20 d后,研究扦插苗光合作用参数的变化及其生长情况。结果表明:(1)不同浓度外源Ca2+处理下扦插苗净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、细胞间CO2浓度(Ci)均呈现先升高后下降的趋势。随着Ca2+浓度的升高,20 mg/L Ca2+处理下Ci值最大;但Pn、Tr、Gs在200 mg/L Ca2+处理下才达到最大值,且与对照差异性显著,分别比对照高22.34%、57.76%、105%。(2)外源Ca2+处理可显著提高扦插苗株高和地径的生长量,与对照相比其差异性达到显著或极显著水平,其中200 mg/L Ca2+处理对株高、地径的促进作用最为明显,分别比对照高25.74%和70.15%。说明适宜浓度的外源Ca2+可以改善杨树扦插苗光合作用状况,从而有效地促进扦插苗的生长。Using Populus×euramericana Nanlin 895 cuttings as experimental materials,we investigated the effects of exogenous Ca2+ on its growth situations and photosynthetic parameters after foliar-spraying at 20 days.The experimental results were that:(1)With the Ca2+ concentration increasing,the Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci in the leaf was presented gradually trends of increase first,and then decrease without exception.The value of Ci would reach to maximum when the concentration of Ca2+ treatment was 20 mg/L.However,the value of Pn,Tr,Gs would reach to the peak when the concentrations of exogenous Ca2+ was 200 mg/L.Compared with the control test,the difference was quite obvious,and it increased by 22.34 %,57.76 %,105 %,respectively.(2)The exogenous Ca2+ treatment could promote height of the plant and caliper growth of Populus×euramericana Nanlin 895 cuttings.The otherness was remarkable or extreme noticeable at the side of control test.Thereinto,the stimulative role of 200 mg/L Ca2+ treatment was the best one,and the height and caliper increased by 25.74 %,70.15 %,separately.In a word,the proper concentration of exogenous Ca2+ treatment could improve the photosynthetic conditions.Consequently,the growth of Populus×euramericana Nanlin 895cuttings were accelerated effectively.
