摘  要:为实现稳态燃烧烟雾机的自动化和网络化,提高其智能化程度,将智能传感器标准IEEE1451.4引入烟雾机控制系统设计中。在对IEEE1451.4标准进行分析的基础上,提出了带有MM I(混合接口智能传感器)和NCAP(网络适配处理器)的智能化稳态燃烧烟雾机控制系统的总体设计方案。测定了喷管口轴心温度与燃烧时间的关系,以及喷管口轴心温度与药液流量的关系,并以此设计了烟雾机控制系统软件工作流程。依据IEEE1451标准,设计了1-wire数字接口、传感器自动校准方式,实现了传感器的即插即用,使传感器与控制系统无缝连接。对稳态燃烧烟雾机的控制系统进行了实验调试,获得了良好的雾化效果。In order to implement the automation and networking of the steady state combustion logger, a smart transducer standard IEEE145t. 4 was introduced in this paper to its control system of fogger for improving the degree of intelligence, and a systemic scheme of the intelligent control system with MMI and NCAP was put forward. By testing the relationship between temperature of the axis of nozzle mouth and burning time, as well as that between temperature of the axis of noz- zle mouth and liquid flow, the appropriate delay time was obtained, based on which and the operating principles of the fogger the workflow of control system was designed. Furthermore, a "plug&play" thermocouple sensor was implemented by improving the traditional sensor through 1 - wire digital interface and by the way of automatic calibration method. Therefore, the thermocouple sensor was capable of connecting with control system seamlessly. Finally, the performance test of the control system was discussed which showed that the control system based on IEEE1451 could perfectly finish the whole spray process with good spray effect. This paper provided an efficient technology approach for developing intelligent control system of steady state combustion fogger.
